How to expedite your move
Boxes - are typically loaded first so try to have them all in one area with easy access with the heaviest boxes on the bottom.
Have them labeled with which room you'd like them in at your new location and mark which ones are fragile.
Drawers and Cabinets - everything should be removed from all drawers and cabinets (on moving day we may need to
remove drawers and move them separately if the furniture is made from particleboard or press-wood).
Disassembly - of any items prior to us arriving saves time but we're happy to help if needed (additional costs for this service
apply to itemized moving rates but not to hourly rates).
Appliances
Washers and Dryers - can be unhooked and re-hooked by our crew as long as they aren't gas connections. Front loading
washers must be moved with shipping/stabilizing pins for safe transportation. Infinity Moving can not be held liable for damage if they aren't secured with the pins.
Fridges - should be dethawed with all food removed at least 2 days prior to moving day if they're being moved into a
storage facility, portable storage (POD) or rental truck.
Loading Only: Rental Trucks (like Uhaul/Penske) or PODS
Blankets & Tie Downs (ex. straps, rope) need to be provided by you, the customer, in order to secure and protect the load for transit.

Insurance
All Texas movers are required by the TxDMV to carry the liability amount of $.60 per pound for damaged or lost items.
This means that the payout is based on the weight of the item, not the value. For example if you have an item that weighs
100lbs then the payout would be $60. At this time Infinity Moving does not offer additional transit insurance. You can
purchase transit insurance through an insurance company of your choice if you're looking for complete coverage on your
items. Transit insurance is not regulated by the TxDMV or Texas Dept of Insurance so read over the policy carefully to
understand the coverage and deductibles. You can also check with your homeowners insurance to see if you already have
coverage with them or perhaps they can write a policy for you. Click on the following link to read more about Your Rights
